HUDSON GLOBAL ACQUIRES INDIA-BASED STAFFING AND RPO PROVIDER
Hudson Global Inc. (NASDAQ: HSON), a recruitment process outsourcing provider based in Old Greenwich, Connecticut, acquired Hunt & Badge Consulting Private Limited, a provider of staffing and RPO services headquartered in India.

“The addition of H&B expands Hudson RPO’s footprint further into the India recruitment market with an impressive array of deep client relationships with notable multinational companies,” said Hudson Global CEO Jeff Eberwein. “H&B’s highly dedicated and experienced delivery team makes it a natural fit for Hudson RPO.”
Eberwein noted the deal will expand Hudson RPO’s footprint further into the India recruitment market after the acquisition of Karani LLC, a Chicago-based recruiting firm with operations in India and the Philippines, in 2021.
“We have identified many potential synergies between the two companies — particularly with last year’s Karani acquisition, whose size, breadth and growing database of candidates in the Indian market complements H&B’s recruitment expertise and local market knowledge, creating a well-rounded India-focused enterprise with the ability to leverage the global market leadership and reputation of Hudson RPO,” he said.
