Teleperformance says expansion into provinces underway

One of the biggest BPOs in the country on Tuesday said it supports calls to allow hybrid work for the sector to better respond to the needs of BPO workers. Teleperformance also said it is further expanding into the Philippines' second-tier cities as it seeks new talents for its workforce.
